About Me

Hi, my name is Lindsey Shamblin. After entering the car business at the young age of 20, I quickly realized this was going to be my life-long career path. Here, 18 years later, what I have found is that many dealers struggle with similar issues that hold us back from greatness. The key to running and managing a successful dealership is in 3 fundamental areas, processes, training and accountability. If your dealership is lacking in any one of these 3 categories, or more than one, it will never become the well-oiled machine it can be. Our team takes a targeted approach to help dealers implement proper sales processes into their CRMs, train team members how to use the tools they are given, how to develop their salesmanship skills, and lastly how to be accountable to the new standard by consistent oversight, allowing team members to see their progression to a higher level of achievement. It is an honor and a privilege to watch our dealers grow and ascend their rankings to new heights. And an even bigger honor to be recognized as a part of an individuals growth among this pool of high performing, hard working and talented comrades.
